Surviving from the past
There are negative attitude that we get from the past and it is dangerous if we don’t do something with it. And it makes us do something we will regret in the future.
1. Being Judge mental – we sometimes think that people around us are the same and this will lead us not to trust anyone.
2. Perfectionist – we became perfectionist because we are afraid to experience what we experience from the past
3. Hatred – we intend to hate anyone we don’t like, it’s hard for us to forgive and forget and this we lead us into some serious problem and that is revenge
4. Very choosy – we only choose people we like to hu8ng with and never give change to know others
5. Obsess – we are more obsessed in things we want. We don’t like to give up because we are afraid to try something new
There are many negative attitudes that we might have when we don’t learn to overcome the trauma from the past, which will make us a dangerous person; it will make yourself turn to be a person you hate. But in spite of those entire negative attitude; we can get also good attitude from the past by accepting what was happened.
1. Being sensitive – we are more sensitive to anyone because we don’t like them to experience what we experience
2. Smarter – we are more smarter than before we know how to deal certain problem and solve it without somebody
3. Stronger – we are more stronger easy to overcome tress in life and not afraid to face new adventures in life
4. Creative – we are creative to plan and make ideas and we love to be corrected and easy to make correction to handle hard situation. That’s why we love to advice somebody who experience the same what we experience
5. Open minded – we are more open in many ways. Because we know how to cope up
6. Honest – we are more honest and down to earth because we believe that everything has its own purpose.
Those are many positive attitude that we get from the past beside those which in the list, we can only have them when we truly ready to face the world again without being afraid to face and fight the trauma from the past. It’s not easy to be overcome because that is not overnight therapy, it’s a step by step and sometimes by the help of your friend and family you will be successful like me.
There are many tips to voice out what you feel. Write it out and make blogs like I do, the more you let it go the more happiness and freedom you feel inside. There are many reasons to be happy, and seems everything is all fine. And this is the reason why I am always ready for adventures in life that even hurricane cannot knock me down.
